 $2,000.00 Per Month Base Price 
 $250.00 Per Month Core Package Including:

  • Central Storage of medications
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Maintenance of medical chart 
  • Coordination of transportation to and from appointments
  • Processing doctors orders
  • Monthly weight and vital checks
  • Daily safety check
 Ala Carte  $8.00/15 Minutes Including:

  • Bathing
  • Medication set up
  • Medication administration
  • Medication reminders
  • Assistance with dressing, grooming, manicures,
    pedicures, activities and socialization
  • Assistance with ambulation or transfer
  • Glucose checks 

  

Nursing and Home Health Assistance Daily  ~  Providing assistance to tenants with anything other than services covered by their monthly rent and/or service agreement.  Examples of these services may include extra linen change, answering calls, and/or short term physician orders such as checking blood pressure, weights, foot soaks, etc.  They are performed by either home health aides or licensed nurses, depending on the service.


Medication Administration  ~ 
Includes administration of medications as ordered by the physician, ordering medications from the pharmacy communication with the physician in relation to changes in medications, and
central storage of medications.  Administration includes oral medications, eye drops, nasal sprays, inhalers, and topical skin lotions/ointments, ear drops, suppositories, medication patches, etc.  May also include insulin administration.

Transportation Arrangements  ~  Transportation arrangements can be made for attending doctors appointments.  Family members also have the option of providing transportation and should discuss with the unit coordinator.


Activities Daily  ~ 
Social, recreational, spiritual, educational, creative and re-motivational activities are offered under supervision of the Activities Director.  Accommodations are made for various physical and cognitive levels.  Family Members are invited to attend programs with their residents.

Individual Care Programs  ~  Once  a resident is admitted and every three months thereafter, our nursing staff will review residents' needs and discuss the best means of providing care.  Residents and families are welcome and encouraged to join these sessions and provide their insight.  If you wish to become a part of this planning, please contact our Social Worker.
